Solution
Suisse Associates implemented a VPN and a firewall so employees could access the servers securely. The new system and process directs employees to authenticate and use the servers without interruptions. Work and communications can now occur at any time. Education Services Client B

Situation
Client B’s staff instructors were located nationwide. These instructors needed to access files and applications remotely and access them in a virtual classroom environment with students. 

Solution
Suisse Associates developed a more sophisticated yet easy-to-use virtual environment for teaching and tutoring. Aspects included Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, a Zoom application, and a virtual environment that allows teacher and tutor to converse, teach and learn.
