One of our clients, a surgical center, reported VOIP issues that were obstructing patient care and administrative services. Voice communication issues were ruining the center’s abilities to communicate. We immediately sent over a technician to identify and resolve the issue. The problem wasn’t found in the IT system. It wasn’t detected in the network. It was in the phones…specifically one phone and the problem had knocked out communications. The phone needed to be quickly replaced for operations to resume.
